PREPARE YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
- Time Allocation: Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes (13 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A). Please adhere strictly to the time limit to ensure the session runs on schedule.
- File Format: Presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format. Please design your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio for optimal display. While PowerPoint files may be used, we cannot guarantee full compatibility (e.g., missing fonts or formatting issues).
- Advance Submission: Please submit your presentation file by email to the conference secretariat at [email protected] no later than 12 July 2026. If your slides contain sensitive or confidential data that you do not wish to be distributed to attendees in the program materials, please ensure you send a redacted or public-facing version of your presentation to the email above.
- On-Site Setup: We highly recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive at least 30 minutes before your session begins. A technician will be available to assist you. (The use of personal laptops is highly discouraged to prevent technical delays.)
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
- Dimensions & Orientation: Posters must be strictly A0 size (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high) and formatted in Portrait orientation. Please ensure that text and figures are clearly legible from a distance of 1–1.5 meters, using sufficiently large font sizes and high-contrast colors.
- Setup: Presenters will be assigned a specific poster board number. Please mount your posters on Monday 13 July 2026 during the lunch break. Posters will remain on display throughout the entire conference. Mounting materials (tape/pins) will be provided by the organizers.
- Poster Session: Authors are required to stand by their posters during the designated Poster Session timeslot to answer questions and engage with attendees and judges. We plan to accommodate approximately 30 presenters per day during the poster sessions.
- Presenters are requested to remove their posters on Tuesday 14 July 2026 afternoon after the poster session. Posters remaining after this time may be removed by the organizers.
