Important Presentation Policies
- At least one author/speaker for each accepted presentation must register for the conference.
- Each registration covers a maximum of one oral presentation and one poster presentation.
Registration Process
Completing your registration requires two steps:
Step 1: Conference Registration (Indico) - For all participants
- Navigate to the side menu Registration or click here.
- Fill out the registration form on this page. Your Indico registration ID will serve as your payment reference number.
- After submitting the form, your status will show as Awaiting Approval.
- Your status will automatically update to Complete once your payment is verified (this may take a few days depending on the payment method).

Step 2: Payment (TINT Payment System)
- Visit the TINT Fastpay system: https://fastpay.tint.or.th/Register

- Create a new account. We highly recommend using the same email address you used for your Indico registration.
- Check your email (including your junk/spam folder) for a confirmation email from [email protected].
- Sign in, click "Register Now" on the INST 2026 event, and fill in your details, including your Indico Reference ID.
- Provide your invoice information (this will be used to generate your official receipt).
- Select your payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) and confirm your details.
- Once payment is verified, you will receive an automated email containing your official ticket and QR code for event check-in.
- An official receipt will be sent to the registered email and available to download from the payment system.
Payment Currency Notice: Your final payment will be charged and deducted in Thai Baht (THB). Any USD amount displayed in the payment system is for reference only, based on an approximate exchange rate of 1 USD = 32 THB.

- All registered delegates and full-time students will receive access to all technical sessions, program book, conference materials, reception, coffee breaks, lunches and banquet.
- Special rate for Thai participants to access the whole event.
- Applies to full-time students currently studying at a university in Thailand (regardless of nationality).
- Accompanying persons must be spouse or family members of the presenter, students of the presenter or students who are co-authors of the work presenting at INST 2026. The fee for an accompanying person includes reception, coffee breaks, and lunches.
- For on-site registration, participants must pay the registration fee in cash (Thai Baht) only, and may or may not receive the conference materials.
- # Those registering under a student category must present proof of full-time student status (e.g., Student ID card or official enrollment letter) at the registration desk. The organizer reserves the right to charge a penalty of up to 4,000 THB (based on the late payment rate difference) at the registration reception if valid proof is not provided.
Benefit for Group of Four
Special Promotion: "4 for 3" Group Rate
If you are attending with colleagues from the same institution, you can register four participants and only pay for three. This promotion is valid until 12 July 2026.
Please note: The complimentary fourth registration will be applied to the participant with an equal or lower registration fee category, based on the applicable registration period (Early or Regular).
How to claim this offer:- Register All Four: All 4 participants must complete Step 1 on Indico to generate their unique Reference IDs.
- Pay for Three: Complete payment for 3 participants through the TINT Payment System.
- Claim with the Secretariat: Email all 3 payment receipts from the first 3 participants and the 4th participant's Reference ID to [email protected].
- Approval: Our secretariat will manually approve the 4th participant's registration at no cost.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card: We accept Visa, JCB, Mastercard, and UnionPay. Upon successful payment, a temporary receipt will be emailed immediately. The official tax receipt will follow within 7 working days.
- Direct Bank Transfer: After completing the registration form, you will receive an invoice via email. Please transfer the funds according to the provided instructions. Once verified, the official receipt will be emailed within 7 working days.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
If you can no longer attend INST 2026, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the organizers at [email protected].
- On or before 30 June 2026: Full refund (excluding processing fees).
- Between 1 July and 6 July 2026: 50% refund (excluding processing fees).
- From 7 July 2026 onwards: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows: Registrants who fail to attend without prior notice will not receive a refund.
- Substitution: You may transfer your registration to a co-author or colleague from your institution at no additional cost. Written requests must be submitted by 10 July 2026.
