- All registered delegates and full-time students will receive access to all technical sessions, program book, conference materials, reception, coffee breaks, and lunches.
- Special rate for Thai participants to access the whole event.
- Applies to full-time students currently studying at a university in Thailand (regardless of nationality).
- Accompanying persons must be spouse or family members of the presenter, students of the presenter or students who are co-authors of the work presenting at INST 2026. The fee for an accompanying person includes reception, coffee breaks, and lunches.
- For on-site registration, participants must pay the registration fee in cash (Thai Baht) only, and may or may not receive the conference materials.
- # Those registering under a student category must present proof of full-time student status (e.g., Student ID card or official enrollment letter) at the registration desk. The organizer reserves the right to charge a penalty of up to 4,000 THB (based on the late payment rate difference) at the registration reception if valid proof is not provided.

Payment Methods
1. Credit Card
Accepted Cards: Visa, JCB, Mastercard, UnionPay.
Upon successful payment, the system will immediately email you a temporary receipt.
Your payment confirmation and official tax receipt will be sent to your email within 7 working days.
2. Direct Bank Transfer
After completing the registration form, you will receive an invoice via email. Please make the transfer according to the instructions on the invoice.
Once your transfer is verified, the official payment receipt will be emailed to you within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
- In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend INST 2026 Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to INST Conference Organizer (email: [email protected]).
- The INST 2026 Conference refund policy is as follows:
- All cancellations received prior 30 days of the conference: 50% refund of registration fee minus administration charge.
- All cancellations received prior 5 days of the conference: no refunds. - Please informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
